New photography exhibit during August

A collection of 35mm photography by local resident John Schuldheisz will be on display in the Ellendale Opera House Lobby & Gallery during August.

The exhibit will be open each Tuesday and Friday, Aug. 5 through Aug. 26, from noon until 5 p.m.

The exhibit sponsors at O.P.E.R.A., Inc., the Ellendale Area Community Foundation and Ellendale Tourism.

ND Governor's Exhibit at O.P.E.R.A. Lobby & Gallery

The Opera House Lobby & Gallery has on display the winning photographs from the ND Governor's Photo Contest. The exhibit features some of the winning photographs from 2017-2021. The gallery will be open to view the exhibit Tuesdays (1-5 p.m.) and Fridays (Opera lunch hour - 5 p.m.) from June 21 through July 19. The exhibit is sponsored by O.P.E.R.A., Inc., Ellendale Area Community Foundation, and Ellendale Tourism.

Sioux Falls artist show Fridays, May 13 thru June 10

A collection of acrylic on canvas by Jennifer White, owner of the Post Pilgrim Gallery in Sioux Falls, SD. Featuring several large scale paintings at 8 feet tall, this exhibit is open over the Friday Opera lunch hour until 5 p.m. starting May 13 through June 10.

If you're unable to visit on one of the scheduled Fridays and would like to view the exhibit, contact Jamie Eberle at 702-373-4424 and a private viewing may be able to be scheduled.
